Open to all staff and volunteers, this 3 hour interactive session brought to us by the Indigenous Friendship Centre includes what the 2SLGBTQIA+ acronym is, what are pronouns and how to use them, a view of the human rights code as well as a look through the history of the pride movement in Canada. Information includes how to use inclusive language, sex assigned at birth vs. gender and Two Spirit.
